Hi all, sorry I haven't been around again, but I have just had the most fantastic weekend playing host to some friends from Italy for the weekend!!
They arrived on Friday and were staying till Sunday, so we had no time to waste!!!!
Friday was spent on a whistle stop tour of London!!
We went to the Tower of London, London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Horse Guards Parade, Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery!!!! Phew!!!
On Saturday the men went to the Imperial War Museum Duxford for the day, which was thoroughly enjoyed by them, and the ladies spent an enjoyable (if not hectic) few hours in Harrods!!!
Sunday was spent more leisurely with us all enjoying a typical Christmas lunch together before our friends left for the airport!!

Some wonderful places of interest there. All great visits, pity you didn't have time for The National History Musuem, this is my favourite.
That's an impressive amount of sightseeing, especially given the weather recently.
